The day begins with you! As Vending Operation Lead, your core responsibilities are to set up tents, tables, chairs. Tent repair and custodial efforts. As Vending Operation Lead, you are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations, and systems of operations.

As Market Manager, your job is to work directly with and side by side with the market owner and curator, manage market leads and vending operation leads; and ensure the market is running smoothly throughout the day. Keep the market owner and curator informed and up to date on vendor check ins and activities throughout the day. Ensure that all vendors are abiding my market prerequisites.

As Market Manager, you are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations, and systems of operations. This position requires thick skin and transparency. If you are an overly sensitive person, DO NOT apply for this position. You are expected to show up on time and work full event days. Lack of punctuality will result in termination.

As Market Lead, your job is to lead on-site in your specified zone. You will be in charge of onsite marketing and educational efforts about the event to the public. You will help support vendors when needed and sit in place or watch vendors' displays when needed. Leads are not to sell for vendors but encourage locals and tourists to shop. Leads are the faces of Neighbors DC and are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations, and systems of operations.
