A cozy, hands-on cocktail experience centered around tea-infused hot cocktails.
Guests will prepare two different hot cocktails while learning how tea can be used as the foundation of a cocktail. We’ll explore steeping, measuring, spirit and tea pairings, sweeteners, citrus, seasonal spices, balance and garnishing.
Hot Cocktail #1: Chai There (Vanilla Chai, Bourbon, Amaretto, Seasonal spices)
Hot Cocktail #2: Autumn Rouge (Hibiscus, Spiced Rum, Blood Orange + Ginger + Seasonal Spices)
The experience includes teas, spirits and cocktail ingredients, garnishes, bar tools, guided instruction and education; two completed hot cocktails; and take-home recipes.
