A Batch Cocktail Workshop (Make it here. Bring it to the gathering).
Just in time for Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving gatherings, this workshop will teach guests how to take a cocktail recipe and properly scale it for a group.
Each guest will choose one of two seasonal batch cocktail recipes and prepare their own 64-ounce batch cocktail to take home.
During the workshop, guests will learn about scaling recipes, measuring, balancing large-format cocktails, dilution, preparing cocktails in advance, storage, serving and garnishing.

Batch Cocktail #2: Crimson Crush Red Wine • Cinnamon Whiskey • Pomegranate • Blood Orange
The experience includes all cocktail ingredients and supplies, measuring and bar tools for use during the workshop, a 64-ounce take-home cocktail, take-home container, appropriate garnishes/finishing elements, guided batching instruction, and a take-home batch recipe for future use. The 64-ounce batch will provide approximately 8 servings, depending on serving size.
